Pre-Conference Roundtables provide an opportunity for member institutions to explore a shared charism or a particular Student Affairs functional area (e.g., Residence Life, Dean of Students) immediately prior to the ASACCU Annual Conference. Pre-conference roundtables serve to enhance conversation and dialogue on a particular topic across campuses.
In determining whether a Pre-Conference Roundtable request will be granted, the ASACCU Board, in collaboration with the host school, will consider:
The requestor’s membership in ASACCU, along with the nature and intended purpose(s) of the pre-conference roundtable;
Pre-Conference Roundtable requests will ideally be received by the Chair of the ASACCU Board by December 1 of the year preceding the conference.
