Who We Are
The Voice of Student Affairs Professionals in Catholic Higher Education
The Association for Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities

Overview

The purpose of the organization is to provide an opportunity for communication and colleagueship among student affairs professionals who work at Catholic institutions.

ASACCU also provides opportunities to increase one’s knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition, as well as opportunities to discuss how to apply that understanding in one’s day-to-day work with students on campus.  ASACCU is an independent organization, but is affiliated with the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities (ACCU).

Through our annual conference and pre-conference roundtables, ASACCU provides our members with opportunities to deepen their understanding of the Catholic tradition as it applies to their professional practice, and to network with student affairs professionals and others who work at Catholic colleges and universities.  It also provides its members with networking opportunities for employment and best practice programs.

ASACCU operates under a constitution and is governed by a Chair of the Board and an elected Board of Directors.  Our office is housed at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
